Mission Activities
Mission is an essential aspect of a church’s life, as a church we look to engage in mission either directly or by supporting others in Donegal, throughout Ireland, and into all the world.
Holiday Bible Club
for a week during June/July we normally partner with an church or mission organisation to provide a week of activities for National school age children. This includes games, bible stories, music, craft, bible quizzes and lots of fun.
Youth Evenings
through games nights, Socializes, and other activities we look to engage with young people of secondary school age. To build relationships and look for opportunities to share Jesus.
Special services
Each year we have a number of worship services which look to actively invite and involve the local community. These normally occur around special times in the Church calendar, Christmas; Community Carol service, International Carol Service, Carol Trial. Easter Mission week, Palm Sunday, Meals with Jesus. Harvest: At Harvest we look to invite the community especially those involved in Argulclture to give thanks for all the Lord provides.
For several years we have partnered with Ambassadors in Football to run a Christian football camp in Letterkenny.
The camp runs for five days with the purpose of building up young Christians in their faith, and introducing others to Jesus in a living way. During the camp the children and young people are coached in developing their football skills and spend time with their coach looking at the bible.
